Over 20 years ago the Projects Team was established to work in conjunction with Multi Utility customers. Our objective was to maximise customer efficiencies, whilst minimising material waste. We help our customers deliver this by offering a  comprehensive materials take-off service, to specification, across the Gas, Water, Power and Fibre sectors.


Over time, the department has adapted to industry changes by incorporating innovation and a wider range of product solutions. The department has maintained their commitment to only supplying products to specification.

The team have also reacted to the needs of our customers by engaging with them directly and working towards a joint goal. By understanding what is paramount to the customer, we can tailor our services to meet their exact needs.

Since Fusion Utilities was acquired by Wolseley in 2014, the department has undergone further development, and now also offers an Electric take-off service too.

Where are we today?

Currently, we offer a free ‘source to service’ full site take-off package for all utilities, together with the ability to manage site call off expectations. We also understand commercial and retail development needs across all utility sectors.

We are experienced in dealing with both installers and suppliers and have the capability to offer bespoke solutions where required.
